I didn't know what your deck focus on, so i just changed it to Sorta Tenguless Plants.

I mainly focused it on Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the beginning, that was the first thing but i added and switched stuff so it's more of a random deck

If you just want to use BLS then i suggest to use Twilight Deck, BLS is good however building a deck around only 1 card isn't really a good idea, you have lets say 40 card in your deck, and you are only counting on 1? Does all the other 39 card is to get BLS? Imagine your opponent chaining Solemn Warning to your BLS then what? "Admit Defeat" that's what.

BLS Can be used almost in all decks, Plants, Twilight, Vayu Turbo, Heros, Chaos Piper, Izknators .. like everything, however it can be better in some decks that others, i would suggest Twilight if you wanna use it badly.

Ok, can u give me a list of a basic Twilight Deck then I can just work with that?

Anyways- back to the deck. What is the main purpose of the deck (name goes here cause I don't want to go and look at it)?
Is it chaos-based or just beat-down purpose only? If so you could throw in some mill power and floaters (Like DAlch just to get that mill power going. If it's chaos-based I could help you out with the deck a little.

He's right actually a summon does not have a spell speed therefore you can't chain to it. But anyways we all know anzo is our [s]noob[/s] head admin and we should all show him some respect for saving this memorable place
Anyways obv anzo meant activate solemn to negate the summon, so you made yourself look pretty stupid by not realizing it.
