You run 44 cards, so to begin with, I'd cut it down to 40. You have some cards in there that aren't really needed, so I'll suggest to remove them first. The ones I'm thinking about are Starlight Road, Magic Cylinder, Marshmallon and Gale.

Then I'd probably add a 3rd Lightsworn since 2 is pretty low when running Charge, and there also isn't that many Lights. Lyla or a 3rd Ryko would be best.

Well I wrote something wrong, on DN my cards are 40 :D, thanks for the fixes, but I plan on keeping my Starlight Road, Just too many times all my stuff being breaked by a Dark Hole/Heavy Storm/Mirror Force/Black Rose

- 1 Foolish Burial (not helpful here. Sure you have some targets, but not enough to warrant this card's use)

- 1 Cyber Dragon (side it)

+ 2 Card Trooper

- 1 Bottomless Trap Hole

- 1 Starlight Road

+ 2 Limit Reverse

Just throwing out a few suggestions that might help improve it a bit. There are an endless number of suggestions based on personal preferences, however. Take from it what you will.

yo my build similar but my surrounds control of the field with a little chaos
only showin my monsters becuase to each his/her own with backfield/side so PM for duel if you wanna test

Taking out Foolish is a taboo in Plants.
(Not flaming at all just showing the importance of the card)
For one thing: It gives him the following targets in the graveyard:
Glow-Up
Spore
Dandy
Zephy
Ect. ect.

There definitely needs to be 2 maxx c.
To make room:
- Zephy
- CyDra
- COTH
- Duality
- Starlight (You don't need it, trust me)
- 1 Black Rose Dragon (You don't need 2 nukes...)
- 1 Stardust Dragon (No starlight, no need for 2 stardusts)
- BTH (side them for rabbits, they don't need to be mained anymore)
- Mirror Force (since there are too many starlights out there)
-1 Ryko (I don't see why you run 3 without having a lyla)


Now to add in -
+1 Maxx C
+1 Trap Dustshoot (Game Winner, staple in almost every deck)
+1 Torrential (I don't see why you run this now...)
+Scapegoat (It's so damn hilarious xd)
+1 T.G. Librarian (Y U NO RUN?)
+1 Ancient Fairy Dragon
+2 E-Con (Enemy Controller) Reasons:
1. As Billy Brake Said: "Synchro Shenanigans, Loltastic fun, and tribbing for caius."
+2 Rai-Oh (Ryko really isn't in plant decks anymore. Rai-oh just makes your opponents cards dead, duality, XYZ'ing with rabbit, ect. ect, but also makes sure you have atleast 3+ Targets for BLS/CS)

Note: These are only changes that I *Think* may work. It is your preference to change as you want it, not mine. You may reject my offer to help, which is acceptable, and I will not be butthurt over it.
