How To Make a rank bar?

i want to know how to make the rank bars like the slifer, ra, and obelisk thingy. sorry if i posted this in the wrong place.

Simply, you just create a blank pic(photoshop or GIMP or whatever). Then choose the pixels (like bar thingy 160 x 50). After that create a background with transparency then grab your render and place into it. When your done, save it as PNG.
