Spellbinding Circle

ok when yugi used spellbinding circle 1 time that monster couldnt attack and lost 500 atk points but if u have the card it just says the monster cant attack. IDK if im right i just sorta remeber it from somewhere.SO does it lose 500 or not

If the card says it loses 500 atk, then it loses 500 atk. If it doesn't say it, then it doesn't lose any atk.

I will say 1 thing before locking. DO NOT EVER USE THE ANIME AS A SOURCE FOR THIS CARD GAME.
