I'd play both Notice and Horn if you have the space to fit both post-Jan. But yea, if you can only fit one, then Notice post-BOSH is the pick.

Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell for Kozmos in particular. Hitting Kozmotown with Cursed Seal slows the deck down a fair amount.

well you always run CS duskmage but the 99% dont.

well i consider lancea the perfect side card if youre playing kozmos

it stops noids and kozmos on your opps turn

and you can just nut on your next turn

Lancea is good if your deck needs banishing like Kozmos. Kozmos should also side/main CyDra and run Chimeratach in the extra Good in the mirror and an infinity out post-BOSH. When it comes to siding, it can be reliant on the deck, as some cards are better than others in certain decks.

Well Imperial Iron Wall/ Lancea ; mind drain (because of psyframes and also could be sided against decks that rely on hand traps not actual traps),royal decree/denko sekka for those heavy backrow decks, shadow/light impris mirrors still a thing,mask of restrict for monarchs and others,wavering eyes/fairy wind vs pends,Majesty fiend/skill drain vs majespecters and mistake/rai-oh/the new spell that doesnt allow to add cards

Light-Imp moreso than Shadow-Imp this format. Anti-Spell fragrance should be sided also

Thought I would bump this since Magicians are released in a few days. Anyway changing there side deck much to accommodate?

I personally have been siding spell shattering arrow to counter pendulum decks rather than the usal MST.

I'd main MST and side Shaterring Arrow.

With the release of magicians yesterday is anyone changing there sides to accommodate?

well since Pendulum Call transform into immortal their Magicians scales and Dragonpit can destroy 1 S/T per turn basically, you must use 3 Anti-Spell Fragance yes or yes lol another  side may be Gozen Match\Rivalry of Warlords but it just slow not kill the deck.
futhermore a classic old card like And the Band Played Out should slow it. you meh the're OP as fuck so your Side is weak anyway

Cuz for Example Xyz Universe becomes more useless than before since they spam Rank\Level 7 the most.

so yeah No Rank 14/13 <.<

But most decks still do crank out R4s. So universe would equal either rank 11 or rank 10 monsters.

Which means a 1 card option into: SUPERDIMENSIONAL ROBOT GALAXY DESTROYER!!!!!
Or Skypalace or Gustav Max. Both are gud too.


However, OEM (and other Pen-Mag variants) just inherently have built in mechanics to prevent Scale Destruction. Sky Palace prevents the scales from being targeted, and Pendulum Call prevents destruction for 2 turns. So stopping OEM can be a little difficult, considering they have more built-in abilities to keep their scales, but they still have the same weaknesses as PePe.

No. Why would you side that instead of LIMP/Iron Wall?

Dark Magician is a must to scare the shit of your opponent

Cursed Seal is love Cursed Seal is life, saved me for the longest time in previous formats, but yeah, it is kinda meh in this format

Mind crush/mistake/raioh seem like they could put in a fair amount of work against magicians, given the amount of cards they run to search, especially if you can chain mistake to pendulum call

So how has everyone's side decks changed since the release of BOSH?
