During either player’s turn: You can banish this card; Special Summon 1 Level 5 or higher “Kozmo” monster from your hand. You can only use this effect of “Kozmoll Wickedwitch” once per turn. Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can pay 1000 LP; this turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

I don't mind this. It's self-protect effect is pretty cool, and it is a decent card. The art's pretty cool on it too.

Honestly, this is pretty nifty as a generic card, I could actually see myself using this and say goodwitch in a highlander deck

Its 1900 and battle\effect protection. Also low level kozmos are this way, only farmgirl is useful always. Goodwitch is rarely used to flip. their only porpuse is to be banished.
