Hello,

for those whom having issues with Chatbox either was it lagging or not showing messages on time, please do post below. Try to provide us with details regarding your problem so we figure out what's wrong.

Lag. Messages Dissapear!

Forumotion said their Tech Team in aware of this problem, they're working to resolve it.

I would suggest you people to get this chatbox http://chatango.com and attach it to a widget. As the trial you got from Cbox does not have an user database nor does it have auto-refresh.
