OCH graveyard restriction?

Hey, I know this is a weird question but is it true that you can't look at your opponents graveyard in OCG?

Ask Centrik. He lives in the OCG area, but plays TCG. Also, this is weird indeed. I'm doubting that this is true. Where'd you hear it from? We can probably validate the source at least.
