After the mess of #1 I think I learned from my mistakes, so I decided to go ahead with #2. This poll will last 3 days, if that seems to be to long like 5 days I qill bring it down to 2)

Video game character battles #1 Master Chief/John-117 vs Xigbar - Winner Xigbar

In battle #2 we have the Ninja Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden going against the gunslinger Vincent Valentine.

Info on how Ryu battles;
Easily one of the top tier characters, Ryu Hayabusa is stated as being the most powerful ninja in the world,[3] hence his nickname "the Singular Super Ninja". This is further exemplified by his exploits where he defeated his toughest foes and beings of omnipotent nature.
Ryu's ongoing rigorous training from childhood augmented with his bloodline's ties to ancient evil deities have shaped him into a powerhouse warrior. Physically conditioned Ryu's speed and acrobatic skills are beyond exceptional, and while his strength may not be as immense as those of fiendish bloodlines, it is strong enough to wield hefty weapons and still maintain his agility. Cognitively he is a tactical fighter and highly calculative in battle. His skills in hand to hand combat and weaponry are at the master level, particularly his swordsmanship skill. Due to his level of mastery, Ryu is often seen using his weapons at their peak physical limit, often requiring the services of a legendary blacksmith to upgrade his weapons past these limitations.

Ryu specializes in a martial art known as Hayabusa style Ninjutsu and his main weapon is the Dragon Sword, a powerful relic passed down from generation to generation, this is his signature weapon. Although the Dragon Sword was not originaly his, Ryu tasked with safeguarding it during the Dark Dragon Blade Incident, proved his worthiness by demonstrating his proficiency and valor with the sword, allowing his father to proudly part with it and continue the tradition of passing it down his lineage.

Info on Vincent
In Final Fantasy VII Vincent uses a variety of different pistols, revolvers, shotguns and rifles, and has rather low stats. Although he is one of the best magic users, his highest Magic is second to Aeris and Cloud, and tied with Cait Sith, while his max MP is second only to Aeris. Vincent has the least HP at level 99 of all characters, and possesses only marginally more Strength than Aeris. Along with Cait Sith, Vincent has the least Vitality at the highest levels, and his Dexterity is average. He has the highest Spirit rating, along with Cloud, Aeris, and Cait Sith. Vincent's starting level is determined by the following formula: [average party level + 3].
Vincent's default weapon is the Quicksilver pistol, which he carries in his official artwork. His ultimate weapon is the Death Penalty, whose strength increases with the number of enemies Vincent has killed. Due to an overflow glitch, with his ultimate weapon, Vincent is capable of killing even the Emerald Weapon in one shot.

Vincent's guns have mediocre Attack power, but two of them have a 255% hit rate, meaning they will never miss, and all of his guns are long range. The 255% Accuracy makes Vincent a good choice for the Deathblow Materia, which inflicts double damage but has low Accuracy - the 255% hit rate can make up for this.

Vincent's primary weapon in both Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- is the handgun Cerberus, named after the three-headed dog which guarded the Greek underworld for its three barrels (each of which is ornamented with a dog head in place of the iron sights). There is also a key chain attached to it that bears a Cerberus-shaped charm, referenced as the aforementioned "Dirge". It holds a total of eighteen rounds and fires three each time the trigger is pulled. The weapon can be upgraded to either be lighter, hold more ammo (84 rounds at most), or do more damage.

In the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children's prologue, when the Final Fantasy VII cast is shown fighting Sephiroth all wielding their base weapons, Vincent wields the Cerberus, rather than the Quicksilver.
During the course of Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-, Vincent acquires two other guns early in the story. One, a bolt-action rifle, is christened the "Hydra." The other, the "Griffon," resembles a Thompson machine gun, and has a rapid-fire ability, although shoots slowly enough to only shoot one bullet. Later in the game he can acquire secret "gimmicked" versions of his main weapons. The new rifle is the Bayonet Rifle, which increases the power of Vincent's melee attacks when equipped.

The new machine gun is the Blast Machine gun, which is weak and inaccurate but always knocks down enemies when an attack hits. The new handgun is a "model gun", which starts out useless, but can be upgraded into the Ultima Weapon, the second strongest gun in the game. Finally, Vincent can use the Death Penalty in the final chapter, which produces a large explosion with each shot. With the exception of the Death Penalty, all guns can be equipped with accessories, such as longer or shorter barrels, a scope, and Materia.
Limit BreaksEdit

Vincent's Limit Breaks are different from the others'. He has only one Limit Break for each of the four levels and when Vincent initiates a Limit Break, he turns into a constantly berserk monster and stays that way until the battle is over, win or lose. When he shifts his form, Vincent's stats increase and his HP refills, but he cannot shift back at will. Thus, while his Limit Breaks can be powerful, they are risky. If Vincent should be knocked out he will transform back to his normal form. Vincent learns his new Limit Breaks the fastest of all party members.
Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-'s tutorial, framed as a training session during Vincent's days as a Turk, implies his natural Limit Break increased his strength and defense for a time.

Both characters are equipped with their most basic weapons and equipment (in Ryu's case next basic weapon because most basic is wooden sword I think e.e) Both have full use of their abilities however.

note: to get the full effect of Ryu go to the link, there was way to much in there to quote so I quoted a stub in his main article on the same site
