Drop 1 Spy and 1 Guard. Add 3rd BoM and 2nd Trap Stun/Solemn Judgment. Drop PoA for something else you find useful.

What else is useful?

Anyway, can't drop trap stuns they are really good, yep i know that Royal decrees builds are better but i like to go with stuns, so maybe i will play a 2nd stun.

hmm drop Card Trooper and Call of the Haunted for Solemn and a second Trap Stun but that's just my preference.

I just can't drop COTH, its so good, like very good. I will think about Card trooper, though.

I took out a BRD and Twin dragon for 2 Arcanite.

No, you don'T need two Arcanite Magician. Keep Black Rose and Scrap Twin Dragon. However you can drop Colossal Fighter or Magical Andoid for only an Arcanite Magician.

You also need second Trap Stun and Train is right, there is only Card Trooper to drop.

Keep the Arcanite Magician's D: they are awesome for control of the field. Cold Wave/Royal Decree/Trap Stun + Arcanite Magician's = awesome. Though i would drop Trishula and Magical Android for another Scrap Twin (you will need it, trust me) and Gottoms

Scratch the sentence of taking out BRD and twin for arcanite, I already got them so I didn't notice. So yeah i added Trishula cause i got some chances to summon its still under testing and Chimeratech.

At train, I used to play 2 twin dragons but here you go i played with this deck a whole week and didn't need to summon a scrap twin for once, maybe just one time i summoned it. I usually prefer other synchros like scrap dragon because it gets a scrap from grave. So yeah 2 for me is logically no! Thanks.

About Trap stuns, yeah it sound necessary, but trooper is good sometimes, becomes handy at hard matches because i won some tourney games thx to trooper's draw. If I need to go Anti-trap I got 3 decrees at sides in case I lost the first game in a match.

err... Scrap Twin has the exactly same effect as Scrap Dragon, has more attack and bounces 2 cards, giving you + 1 or 2 if you nuked a Beast or Goblin of your own.

I wouldn't use PoA though, but that's just me. Believe me you will need 2 Twin Dragon's. I had very hard matches vs X-sabers, Light Beat, Quickdraw and Naturia Permission and i had to use all 3 Scrap Dragons and the 2 Twin Dragons to win.

And Decree builds are terrible

Remove what you need but add these:
+1/2 Level eater (for god's sake it's a must with scrap dragons)
+1 foolish burial
+1 Solemn judgment (best counter trap and a staple to every deck)
