there's no real flow as you pointed, the render/focal point's stance is too contradicting with the other parts of effects flow.
you need to work abit more on colors and lightning as they're messed up now.

I'm totally with EJ. I can't see flow and focal point look messed up. By the way left side doesn't look good. Plus what EJ said.
