Max the synchros and bribe and solemn or what it is and the card next to it suck change them addd another book of moon use 2 prison andd call of the haunted 1 cyber is random remove it and add another caius remove the 2200 bw
dnk anything else but i'll tell you it needs alot of work

-1 Cyber Dragon to make it 40

next, get rid of the following:

-1 Bora
-1 Mistral
-2 Sirocco
-1 Cylinder
-1 Decree
-1 Trap Jammer
-1 the card to the left of Black Whirlwind
-1 Delta Crow
-1 Elphin

That gets rid of 10 cards. Now add:

+1 Dark Bribe
+1 Caius the Shadow Monarch
+1 Dimensional Prison
+1 Book of Moon
+1 Plaguespreader Zombie
+2 Blackwing - Vayu
