Burned sides look way too "artificials", It has to look more, how to say it, fused to the sig.
Splatter brush don't looks really good there, remove it.
Kill the text, or move it somewhere it looks better and make it bigger.
Maybe a bubble C4D would look good there(Not really important)
It's a 6.5/10 at the moment for me,
If you do the changes I suggested you it may look quite better Imo.

I don't used brush. Just stock and render within adjustment layers.
