Dorm Posting

This gos out to any admins or others that may want to post on this. There is an issue wiht me posting in other dorms. I was wondering where that rule was because i never saw it. So could you tell me something so that we can get this over wiht.

Plus, if the rule exist. Whats the big deal is it a bad to post in the dorms because people increase their post that way or what. I could understand if it was people making topics in other dorms, but they are not so it shouldn't be a problem.

Why do you think we made Dorms?
I will tell you that the answer is to determine people's level and those people can chat with each other and congratulate each other
If you wanna congratulate that person, I think you can congratulate him on HAM
