Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 face-up monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it. The equipped monster is treated as a Tuner monster, also it gains 500 ATK and DEF. (If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, destroy this card instead.)

Following the new UNIONS Errata, even this can be SS in Defense, There's no more limit on 1 Union at once, and protects from Efffects.

It has a helpful *Efffect* no doubt, but on the other hand its attack is quiet bad. : ))

Question: I forgot if Union Monster can be special summoned the turn it was equiped. Is this a legit play? If so, as long as you have a monster on the field, you can always special summon this card and go for the Synchro Plays. Although, this is kind of broken so I doubt this ruling is valid
