It's probably Konami's new official Dueling System for Anrdoid and iOS. New platform for people to play online via phones. They're still making it and that's the reason why they are opening Beta Test. Beta Testing is giving access to specific number of registred users so they could test the system first for developers. By doing so, they can find any bugs/glitches and so on in order to improve the game itself. Also, users then send their final impression of the game with their opinions and suggestions of adding some features etc... It's just like Pokemon GO had theirs months ago. Beta Tests usually come after Alpha Test, which is done by people making the system...

YGOPro or YGO Duel Generation, they're probably making this more custom like YGOPro because Duel Generation was boring af

Anyway, I also signed for testing and Konami says we will find out if we're in or not in mid July.
