You can only activate 1 “Honor of the Eyes of Blue” per turn.

1. Send 1 “Blue-Eyes” monster from your Hand/Deck to the Graveyard and target 1 face-up monster on the field; As long as that monster remains face-up on the field, it cannot attack.

Why even make such a useless card

It triggers Maiden as they shown in the video.
also it's useless but not at all, sometimes ca actually help.

Uh, in what way is this useless...? It's a better Dragon Shrine imo. It mills one less dragon, sure, but it triggers Maiden, and you can use it to stop something annoying your opponent has from attacking.

Meh.

I mean, it's not useless. Even if your opponent for some reason, negates this, you still get to send for cost and it can be a way to trigger Maiden as well as being a lifesaver, but it's not that good either. Just meh.

From my personal experience with blue eyes, sending 1 can tend to actually be better than sending 2, cuz the deck goes through it's blue-eyes FAST and I ended up cursing myself in my head for not having any left. I would definitely use this.

Only the sending is good, the other part is useless, who leaves their monsters out in the field when theyre going to be xyzed anyways besides kozmos, and kozmos cant even be targeted, its just not really a gud card at all imo

Yep, it can save your live.

Its like a nerfed fiendish chain and a dragon shrine. Its pretty good if you think about it. Also trigger maiden if ya really want to
