Rebellion

During the Battle Phase: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of it until the end of the Battle Phase, also monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn, except that target. You can only activate 1 "Rebellion" per turn.

So now we got Change of Heart just in Quick Spell what's even worse?

actually it is more Utopic Future than Change of Heart because it is DURING THE BATTLE PHASE = yours and/or your opponent's one, but yeah it's pretty solid since you can attack with the others before then Steal the last one and Direct attack.
