I did not answer the question? Read the question out loud then read my answer out loud if something doesn't happen here is what my point was :
there are no unfair decks in the game of yu gi oh. Most one turn kills that seem cheap are actually harder to pull off than a normal victory. Also in card games there are always decks that will perform better than others and that is what a meta deck is. Tiers are given to give you an example of how the meta is played. The top tier decks or tier 1, are the most powerful decks at certain format (banlist). Tier 2 decks are almost as good as the tier 1 decks, but have more weaknesses (like lacking consistency or being shut down easy or other examples). Even though tier 1 decks are more likely to win in a clash between tier 1 and tier 2 or lower decks, it always depends on the user and sometimes to the luck of the draw, since there are many explosive decks that can just win in one turn. Also this forum is not a diary please make topics where we can actually discuss something or where you share something that we might be interested in.
Like everyone says seems you do know what's good and you've earn some respect from me. But, let's not get anything twisted. Poeple must care because if you didn't you wouldn't have the topic going, The end.
