wait a minute, what if this Banlist is Konami's way of saying : "April Fools" , and this isn't the real banlist, and the Actual Banlist is still in their hands. I mean, it's not impossible

That would be horrible considering people are already testing under the the new format, not to mention incredibly unprofessional. But this is KoA we are talking about so its not impossible.
