Since when has DA turned into an Oligarchy
The normal member has no rights, simply expressing one's self could get you banned?
it's only natural, that those with powers are bound to misuse it.
since when does the rule say you could get banned for: "Expressing your thoughts, and ideas".
i shouldn't even Quote the rules of DA, cause they're just plain ridiculous, and no one follows them.
The punishment protocol isn't even followed.
a ban is not done until the 3rd warning and is done after DP removal, and is a two-day ban, NOT
"until i log back on". THAT just gives admins the power to do what they want.
If admins aren't following the rules, then just delete that post, and turn DA into an academy without rules. and the law is in the staff's hand (they decide the rule at that certain time, and they punish how they want)
A forum shouldn't be an oligarchy, it should have some balance in power, where members can vote off an admin. but then that would give members the power, counter balance it by sending that vote to the other admins then they vote on it, if they VETO it then we can vote again, and if we get 2/3 more votes, that admin gets kicked off.
(NOT suggesting that's how it should be, that's just an example of balance of power.)honestly don't do that; it sux, u'll barely get any votes to kick off an admin. (again, that's just an example of balance of power)

why isn't there a clause that says:
"this rule is exceptional to admins/staffs"
who to report admins to?; Anzo? yeaa, i won't just report an admin and have anzo kick him off, i'll probably need more than that. but when a random member does so. he gets banned immediately. seems legit.

does this include trolling? cause disrespect can involve trolling. we can't disrespect staffs, but they can? 0.o seeming legit more and more to me.

That's just PLAIN WRONG!!!, i mean if the purpose of that law is to stop people from backseat modding, It's clear in the chat, who is admin and who is not.

OK sure, there might be some rules set-up for staff members to follow. but i bet it's posted in the staff section, where we can't access. What the point of makign a rule for admin then if members don;t know their rights.

Now before u go "fuking ballistic ape shit" on me, i'll have you know the admins on hea are the best set of admins i've found in any academy so far. i don't detest them, i only dissaproove of the rules of DA
and you should have every new member sign , or just comment on the topic of the rules of DA, saying "i agree, and promise not to break any of these rules" not just LOCK the topic.
