With these new hound cards + AG soldier and beast and engineer having such terrible atk, AGs could really use a good atk booster. Castle and tank just arent even close to good enough imo. Maybe we could get something that just boosts the atk of level 7 or lower AG monsters? that way golem, dragon and UAGG wouldnt get crazy. If it were up to me maybe something like this: 
 Continuous Spell card

All level 7 or lower Ancient Gear monsters you control gain atk equal to their original level x 200. While this card is face-up on the field all battle damage inflicted to your opponent from battles involving an Ancient Gear monster is halved.

I think its actually pretty balanced. Only major problem i see is with geartown out, beast becomes a normal summonable 3200 atker that negates pretty much everything during battle.

Yeah i assume you mean 002. I already thought about that but its only by 500 and im always partial to pure archtype builds anyway. I just would like for some of my old favs to get decent support, but not necessarily the new trend of just getting an exact replica of infernity barrier.
