Blackwing - Nothung the Starlight

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
If this card is Special Summoned: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent, then make 1 monster your opponent controls lose 800 ATK and DEF. You can only use this effect of "Blackwing - Nothung the Starlight" once per turn. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

.....This card... just.... Why Konami, why you do this? Focus on my zombies or Bujin stuff, why you make all the nice cards blackwing related. This card can run over a problem card, and allows you to normal summon twice... Black feather plus shura, plus gale plus any other blackwing... so much monster spam. Not only that... but this card has nice attack and is pretty easy to bring out. This deck is gonna be a silent killer, just a few more cards and its just gonna wreck all that is.

This card is cool. BW can top again

Yea I see them topping, and sooner then people realize. The support they are getting is crazy, and there a fun deck. Not only that, but a lot of people like running them, they are a fun deck, and pretty straightforward.

Yup I did, I run bujins in real life, so i am biased ofc I want Bujins. :3

I mean fun as in fun to use, not fun as in a silly deck. I was playing zombies getting repeatedly destroyed by the onslaught of blackwings that swarmed my field. Good times, I still had fun against them, I played with them too, there fun to use because you can do lots of cool things, they have good effects to play with, and their syncros do too.

I don't know for you but in the days I beat E-dragz with mah zombies.

Na in the days I was a poorer zombie player tbh, didn't own much except for the deck that came in the box, I was a kid and my parents didn't like buying cards... cant blame not wanting to spend valuable paper on paper that can devalue. Even so, in my town we had some good players, and I wasn't really good at that time... It wasn't until academies that I actually got better. (And that's my YGO academy miracle story) lul.

DSF, this and gale 3 + whirlwind. I can play BWs at full power again

And so the blackwing deck creation, and experimentation begins... This is gonna be interesting. xD

Blackwings tier 1.2

The new bw support is great for the deck.Starlight gives an additional summon,hawk joe is a free plus from the grave,pinaxa is a searcher and kris is a bora style special summon.
I have my built in simulations and the main deck is really light(meaning no siroccos or cards that are not playable at any time).The only reason that i believe they'll go well with the new support appart from the part fact that they got a better swarm ability than before is that they have 2 mass destruction exclusive cards.Delta crow anti reverse and black sonic.Eventually,they have t.g hyper librarian for draw power and let me remind you that clear wing synchro dragon is lv 7.Whirlwind+shura/bora/kris in normal summon adds a gale.guess what comes next.
However i dont believe they'll be a threat to qlis with skill drain(i believe it goes on the limit from april 1st,i am not kidding.it's a winning condition for qlis).With tellarknights going popular delta crow will be a must.I really want to see that happen in opponent's end phase.ooo dude...one for 3...sorry...
