With raigeki back people were freaking out " omg op omg instant win " then figured out it doesn't do much to the new archtypes who might even get plusses off a raigeki.Heavy storm or the HFD are great cards that strike fear in those control decks that run 15+ traps and will for sure force them to play starlight road or dark bribe over wiretap which is interesting.Thing is with those pendulums heavy storm can hit the scales + the backrow which will be devastating for the pendulum player.Either way playing with raigeki heavy and snatch steal in mind players will either take a risk or play more conservative and that way the game will become more interesting instead of doing trademark combos every single duel.

Ummmmmm no, Super poly was already limited now its outright banned, Which is a huge bummer considering the new fusion spell they having coming is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Heavy Strom wont make a come back to the pendulum system is played in most decks (They need players to play pendulums to promote it) and yeah a few players where kicking out when Raigeki got unbanned but in todays game its no where near as powerful as it once was hence why it got un-banned.
