So this thing is like a Rai-oh?

Sames rulings as rai-oh but can ALSO Negate Flip and Normal Summon of 1 Monster.

There was once a staffer in DA called Sam who would only use this deck in tournaments for a while before he quits the game. I bet he wish this card would have existed back then.
