If you want to special another level 4 monster from your hand after you've just summoned a level 4 monster you could use Tin Goldfish instead.

The point it works like Constellar Polloux. If he tocuhes the field even veiler cannot do anything to him.

Having two copies in your hand in the first place to pull it off doesn't make it worth the risk.
