Graveyard
Many gladiators have died in that arena, and this is where they're buried. You have absolutely no idea why you've come here, since now is not the time to be paying your respects to dead people.
Area Effect Table :
1 :
Why are you dueling in a graveyard? You better hope that nothing odd happens.
(Nothing happens, don't worry)
2 :
In a completely non-cliched graveyard fashion, ghosts have risen from their graves and are rather annoyed at you for waking them up with your duel. Each monster that dies is one more to their ranks.
" When a monster is sent to the graveyard, the card owner takes 300 damage."
3 :
As you shuffle your cards, the surrounding area is immediately plunged into darkness. You can see almost nothing aside from the faint outline of your opponent and their deck.
"All LIGHT attribute monsters lose 300 ATK and DEF."
4 :
This graveyard has pretty much transformed into the cliche horror graveyard over the last 5 minutes. There is now quite a heavy fog, it's a full moon, and there are noises in the distance. This is certain to have some weird effect on play.
"Once per turn, you can pay 3000 life points to Special Summon a monster from your graveyard."
5 :
There is no way you would dare touch one of those graves. Not out of fear, but out of respect for the fallen gladiators. To battle over one would be a great shame upon those fighters who have been put to rest.
"Cards in either player's graveyards cannot be banished."
6 :
You can hear mad cackling in the distance, and you're not sure if the graveyard really is haunted, or if that sound is just the speakers, with the announcer laughing because of his plan for the battle that is about to unfurl.
"Roll 3 more dice on this table. Apply all results. Count duplicates, including any 6s, as a result of 1."
