New Badge Idea: Blazing Ultra

This would be giving to any user the has beaten every duelist in there corresponding dorm, but goes away after you rank up or down but testers and higher have pick a dorm and duel everyone in it and win (this does not have to be in a winning streak).
this is applicable for currently active users who duel and not just stay for the forum and chatbox

Define "active". Also consider people who don't duel any more but remain active.

What if they were active and had to leave for a little and soon returned?

What happens when a new user joins the dorm they're in?

This would get way too impractical. Noone would bother doing this jsut to say "Look I have an achievment"
