Advice and Improvement

I would just like some help on improving my deck. I use it irl and on ygopro. It's contents are as followed. I only use cards I have, but suggestions are well welcomed and appreciated. It's based on the Cyber Dragon Revolution Structure Deck.

Though I find this build a bit confusing because his extra deck does not match his main much because why is he running Chimeratech without DNA surgery and with triple of them. I also would not suggest running the armored Kappa or Phoenix. But his main deck looks fine I enjoy it but I'd switch up his Extra. My deck: https://i.imgur.com/oi99PUo.png

Well, there's something called side deck. That thing contains 2 DNA Surgeries, which I'd rather side than main. You could cut down Chimeratechs to 2 and put in some extra XYZ, as Kandy suggested.
Moreover, the hoban engine is 3 hobans + 3 reckless hobans and the reckless hobans are always good when used properly. As for the dupe, it's for Core obviously, I've ran Cyber Valley and I didn't quite like it. So dupe for Core, overlay for Kappa (which is damn good) or Phoenix (if the situation calls for that) and that's about it.
@Waffles: You can feel free to edit the extra or anything else to your liking of course.

Mr.Kandy what is the card to the left of power bond? Also, thanks again FenixFX. Seeing you explain your reasoning is quite helpful. Also, what is hoban?

The card on the left of Power Bond is Machine Duplication.
Hoban = Upstart Goblin

Oh, that's Overload Fusion. My personal preference is running Eltanin rather than Overload, both can be good late game but Eltanin seems better to me.
