u dont need poly in Evil hero, add 2 more dark calling, also 1 or 2 gold sarco and brain control, sword, heavy storm, mystical space which u will need....oversoul is not needed,
and in my evil hero deck i got 3 Royal Decree and only 2 other trap which is tottential tribute and mirror force just incase...because evil hero is very scared of traps, and they dont hav much way to clearn M/T, so i think royal decree is very useful in evil hero
