requires Prime Material Dragon. Use with the Dupe Frog lock and you have an even more impenatrable lock. Unfortunately, Aegis isn't in KCVDS which means the Frog deck will never be truly complete. =/

Swords of Revealing Light are not needed. You need at least 2x Pot of Avarice (maybe even 3), because it works just awesome with Substitoad. You'll also want Brain Control and Soul Exchange. Not only do they work with helping you bring out PMD, but they also work with Substitoad, allowing you to do a simple summon Substitoad, activte Soul Exchange, tribute opponent's monster for Dupe Frog, tribute Substitoad for 2nd Dupe Frog, lock complete (ofc if you have PoA you do more Substitoading before you tribute Substitoad itself).

Poison Draw Frog is a bad card. It's effect is OPTIONAL which means it misses the timing if you tribute it for Substitoad or use it as fodder for PMD. You also forgot Torrential Tribute, and I'm also going to suggest you use 1 (or maybe 2) copies of Terraforming, since the deck has trouble dealing damage if Wetlands isn't on the field. You can also get rid of that Des Frog. You either make the deck based on 3x Des Frog, Des Croaking, and D.3.S. Frog or you don't include him. If you want, you can still include 1 copy of Des Croaking in case you end up with the Scapegoat/Substitoad combo, allowing you to bring out 3x Dupe Frog.

Poison Draw Frog is an OPTIONAL effect! That means if the last thing to happen wasn't it being sent to the graveyard, YOU DON'T GET THE EFFECT!! With Substitoad, the last thing to happen is a monster being special summoned, so Poison Draw Frog would miss the timing. The same is true of Dupe Frog, you won't get his searching effect if you tribute him for Substitoad.

Yes, nekofjung's correct. Optional monster effects miss the timing, which means they don't get their effect is they were not the last thing to happen in the chain.
