3 copies of Psy-Blcoker seems too much. What I'm suggesting is to cut 1, add 3rd Maxx C.
Marco is good, but there are far better cards atm. I understand that if you pull it out on the 1st turn that it will give you an advantage over spellbooks and might slowdown some of the Dragon plays, but I don't consider it a good card tech for the format. Now, it all depends on what decks you're up against. Mind Drain + Kycoo = Auto win against Dragons. Against Spellbooks you will only hurt their Priestess plays, unless it's a Kycoo stun variant - it that case it won't do anything. You can max out Compulse and Vanity, or add BoM.

I'd say 3 compulsory. No Macro. And if you could squeeze in an Effect Veiler (I know, that's so 2012) it wouldn't hurt. I don't know, I like Veiler.
