I like the colors in your picture, and looks good as a whole.
The big white splatters on top and bottom distract my eyes. I think it would be better if the top splatter would be a bit lower, just little above the render. That one took away the flow since its in line with the bubbles. Remove the bottom splatter and put something not so eye catching. No comment on your text, i think you're aware of it.

You used to do a LOT better works when you weren't using Fractals or anything gay. e_e
