Nailed it?

Since I thought my last sig was too simple I thought I'd try something outside the box  I tried making the hand seem closer by applying focus to it and blurring Augus out. My first time trying it so please leave some tips/feedback.

I can't really tell where the light source is.

The blur and sharpening gives the correct impression of depth; however, among the bad quality of the effects the good stuff always tend to vanish. Work on your effects.
