My kind of logo (Studying Shapes)

Ok so, I've been trying to practice shapes with the pentool and while doing that I thought that I should go str8 for a logo.

After some textures and manual handwork for small details, ended up with this :

It's not bad as a start. If you're not going to draw 2D shapes then i suggest you don't use PS for it. Trying to make shapes takes a 3D look in PS is sort of not of an easy thing to do. You should try 3Ds Max instead, It's perfect for logos and easy to use.

Nice work you have done here but i think you can improve it more if you make some changes in it. For example the background color of the body is very dull and text is not clear. So try to overcome such things.
