The smudging looks better than your previous try. BTW did you use topaz clear on that?

Yes, i download it today, went for a try. And i didn't use smudging on this one .-.

must be the filter that confused me, looks good but kinda washed out. Try topaz adjust as well.

I added the white light source myself after I was done with the other effects, sort of my personal preference.

Nah thats not what i mean, the filter makes it looks a bit washed out.

You mean near the text? Cause i noticed the letters could use an eraser lol
