The Max Attack Tournament
The Rules:
1. The max original attack of a monster in the main/side deck must be 1600 or lower.
2. The max original attack of a monster in the extra deck must be 2500 or lower.
3. Exodia, burn, mill, stall, OTK/FTK are banned. Also banning Rescue Rabbit and tier 1 decks
4. Cards like Tragoedia which don't have set original attacks are banned.
5. Deck changing isn't allowed.
6. March 2013 Banlist.
7. TCG/OCG
8. Before the duels you send me your deck (if some problems occur).

1st place: 5000 DP + Dorm upgrade (obe max) + Userbar
2nd place: 2500 DP + Dorm upgrade (slifer only) + Userbar
