Use GIMP 2.0. It's got the ability to handle photoshop. However, the terms there are significantly different, like the one involving glow in ps.

If you'd like help with anything that involves GIMP works transformation to PS style, just ask me or anything about it.

Download 2.6 of GIMP as much as you can.

But yeah, signature's bad ._.
