Looks sexy. I always liked when you made sigs like this one :D Also version in your signature with that wall of text sucks just because of text.

His face is blue, there is random circulated brushes all around him, and no flow. That just ain't you bro, seen allot better from you.

It looks over blurred and that makes me feel that there's no focal. Lighting is way too low, almost non existing. The atmo needs alot of work, I mean lighting makes me feel that it's a dark place and then I see the effects and I'm like, da f*ck. Only thing I like about the bg is the contrast between black and white(right/left) but still that also needs alot of work, both sides are too simple. There's no depth. Composition is off too, the effects are too random and don't match at all. It really looks like you opened your PS, threw in a render a bg and some C4Ds, and then closed your eyes while making the effects
I know you're good and I've seen alot alot better from you, my suggestion: Start over.

Tag is really messy and blurry. Un-center your render.
