It's me again!
Focus card of the week:
Question from the audience: "But that's so situational!"
Answer from me: "No."
It's effect allows you to basically negate and kill everything. A bit like a LaDD (Light and Darkness Dragon) on steroids that doesn't affect yourself.
If you focus the entire deck build around this card, it could do quite a lot of damage, forcing your opponent to use beat stick power without any effects whatsoever.
By using cards that increase or decrease your or your opponents hand size can catch them off guard and make them waste precious cards.
Let me demonstrate.
-Your opponent activate Monster Reborn.
-You currently have 3 cards in your hand and your opponent now has 2.
-You chain Compulsory Evacuation Device and bounce a monster back to their hand.
-Monster Reborn is now negated as both players have 3 cards in their hands.
-Your opponent activates Dark Hole.
-You currently have 4 cards in your hand and your opponent has 5.
-You chain Magic Drain.
-Your opponent will already have lost the chance to use Dark Hole's effect.
-Your opponent discards a spell for Magic Drain. You both now have 4 cards in your hand. Dark Hole is negated.
OR
-Your opponent does not discard and Magic Drain negates Dark Hole.
More cards that can be added to the useful card list are simple drawing cards like Jar of Greed, Reckless Greed and Legacy of Yata-Garasu.
A bit short but I think that's it for this card. There are enough cards out there to make a deck easily so go out there and experiment and, as usual, feedback is greatly appreciated.

Focus card of the week:
The Fabled Unicore :
1 "Fabled" Tuner 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
While you and your opponent have the same number of cards in hand, negate all Spell, Trap and Effect Monster effects activated by your opponent, and destroy that Spell/Trap/Monster.

List of useful cards:
Furthermore, it's very unlikely that the opponent will be able to negate these cards (unless they use a counter trap) because the discard cost will put your hand at an equal number to that of the opponent's hand. If it's not equal, then you're doing it wrong.Morphing Jar :
FLIP: Both players discard all the cards in their hands, then draw 5 cards.
Raigeki Break :
Discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; destroy it.
Phoenix Wing Wind Blast :
Discard 1 card to target 1 card your opponent controls; return that target to the top of the Deck.
More cards that can be added to the useful card list are simple drawing cards like Jar of Greed, Reckless Greed and Legacy of Yata-Garasu.
