deck looks interesting and well-thought out. The only thing I can really fix on this is the trap lineup and the issue of you not using 3x D Draw (KCVDS list screwed this 1 up so you can use 3).

-1 Negate Attack (it's a -1 with no field advantage. doesn't destroy anything. only good in stall counter fairies. get rid of it.)
-2 PWWB (good card, but I would recommend running Vortex and CS instead. It's not as good on KCVDS as it is in TCG.)
-1 Fear Monger (just not a good enough card to be worth using.)
-3 Shrink (BoM is better, better, better for this deck)
-1 Trap Dustshoot (awesome card, but not as necessary as a 3rd D Draw)

-8 / +7 = 40 cards

+1 Breaker (staple s/t control)
+1 Chaos Sorcerer (10 Darks and 4 Lights is more than enough for him)
+1 Lightning Vortex (discard for DAD or CS fodder or discard a Malicious to get the extra special summon)
+3 Book of Moon (replaces Shrink. A much better card.)
+1 Destiny Draw (3 is just an absolute must. deck speed before all else!)

would royal oppression work with this Deck?

Oppression is a side deck card on KCVDS. It doesn't do any good versus Monarchs, Stun, Gadgets, or Counter Fairies, all of which are popular on KCVDS. Therefore, it's normally a dead draw when mained. You side it in case your opponent is running Zombies, Dark Gaia OTK, or some other OTK deck.
