testing rules

i knw u might get complates about this but the testing fomat or not but it should be about skill not about posting

I think it is not about posting.
I guess it is just a restriction for new Members who think, "oh lets just jump to Ra Yellow" and that there has to bew some interaction with the forum first.
People want to know you and if you dont have any posts, it is just useless to be an unkown Ra don't you think?
In adition the main aspekt are the 500DP you need to take the test, and this requieres dueling or at least some knowlege in the quiz.

Yeah to get those 500 dp you will need to duel. And to win you will need the skill and that is some part of the test what doesnt even cost an test item. Yep its that skill test what you wanted :D After that you buy item and then you can get to the ruling knowledge test. I dont see anything bad about how we in DA test members.
