Number Card Raffle #2

Every Tuesday, if there are in-active members in the RP will have their numbers raffled off. Additionally another number will be raffled off. Each raffle ticket costs 50 DP.

Rules:
1. Pick a number from 1-50 and on Tuesday, April 24 2012 I will used random.org to pick a winner.

2. You may only pick 1 number for each raffle.

3. You can not pick a number if it has already been picked.

4. Do not pick a number that is 1 number higher/lower from another person's
