Since there are talks about the E-Hero deck in Deck Discussion.. I'll just this article i posted from another forum here...
If you want to play Elemental Heroes like Jaden Yuki be my guest by using one of each E-Hero, 1 of each Spacian and stuff like that be my guest but I would have to say that would be a super inconsistent deck. Here I’m just focusing on Elemental Hero Fusion type decks on what cards to use and why.
A good thing is that Fusion summoning has good support cards as well as E-Heroes are Warriors which also gives them certain good support cards as well. And E-Heroes only focus on certain fusion monsters and mixing fusion monsters we just really on fusion subs like King of the Swamp
First on lets go with the Main E-Hero monsters needed in the deck.
Elemental Hero Sparkman 1600/1400 4 Stars
No effect
Average Atk and just meant for Fusion.
Elemental Hero WildHeart 1500/1600 4 Stars
This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards.
When opponents Field is empty with monsters and only Set card, best card to use for attacking.
Elemental Hero Prisma 1700/1100 4 Stars
Once per turn, you can reveal 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck and send 1 Fusion Material Monster listed on that card from your Deck to the Graveyard. Until the End Phase, this card's name is treated as the sent monster's name.
Just meant to be used for Fusion and fueling the graveyard.
Elemental Hero Stratos 1800/300 4 Stars
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and activate 1 of these effects:- Destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field up to the number of "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" and "Evil Hero" monsters you control (not counting this card).- Select and add 1 "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" monster from your Deck to your hand.
Best support monster for E-Heroes, D-Heroes and Evil Heroes. Searcher and can also be used as S/T removal.
Elemental Hero Necroshade 1600/1800 5 Stars
While this card is in your Graveyard, one time only, you can Normal Summon 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your hand without Tributing any monsters.
Just for Fusion and getting this card into the grave so you can use it’s effect to summon BladeEdge ain’t hard at all.
Elemental Hero BladeEdge 2600/1800 7 Stars
During battle between this attacking card, and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points.
Easy to summon with Necroshade, Piercing effect and High dmg and needed for fusion.
Other Elemental Heroes are not really needed but if you really want to use them you can add them base on the fusions you want to use.

(One of this is sufficient, the effect of drawing cards can be quite impossible to achieve depending on situation)
Elemental Hero ClayMan 800/2000 4 Stars
(High defense and usable for fusion)
Elemental Hero Ocean 1500/1200 4 Stars
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase you can return 1 "Elemental Hero" or "Destiny Hero" monster from your side of the field or your Graveyard to it's owners hand.
(Good effect but too slow to be used)
Elemental Hero Woodsman 1000/2000 4 Stars
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can activate this card's effect. Add 1 "Polymerization" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
(Good effect in recycling and getting Polymerization and High defense, quite easy to use its effect but its fusion monster is not that strong)
Elemental Hero Captain Gold 2100/800 4 Stars
You can discard this card to the Graveyard to add 1 "Skyscraper" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is on the field but "Skyscraper" is not on the field, destroy this card.
(You don’t really need Skyscraper at all, unless you really want it)
Other weaker Elemental Heroes aren’t really worth mentioning as they don’t really fit Fusion type E-Heroes

Then select 1 monster from your opponent's Graveyard and Special Summon it to their side of the field.
Good effect, destroy one monster and summon a weaker monster for your opponent in atk mode for your destruction.
Elemental Hero WildEdge 2600/2300 8 Stars
"Elemental Hero Wildheart" + "Elemental Hero Bladedge"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each.
Good for clearing the field in one turn and destroying searchers like Mystic Tomato.
Elemental Hero DarkBright 2000/1000 6 Stars
"Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Elemental Hero Necroshade"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Damage Step. If this card is destroyed, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.
Above Average Atk with piercing effect and after atking becomes defense can be a 50/50 nice effect but can be combined with 3rd effect to destroy one monster on the field. Don’t be afraid to atk with this monster, even if it gets destroyed by S/T you still can destroy one of your opponents monsters making them think hard on what to do.
Elemental Hero Plasma Vice 2600/2300 8 Stars
"Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Elemental Hero Bladedge"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. You can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls.
High attack, Piercing effect and has a sweet effect of destroying opponents high atk monsters which are in atk position.
Elemental Hero Thunder Giant 2400/1500 6 Stars
"Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Elemental Hero Clayman"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, by discarding 1 card from your hand, select and destroy 1 face-up monster on the field with original ATK less than the ATK of this card.
Average effect to remove defense position weak stallers or monsters with equip spells or weak monsters with good effect.
Elemental Hero Shining Phoenix Enforcer 2500/2100 8 Stars
"Elemental Hero Phoenix Enforcer" + "Elemental Hero Sparkman"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card gains 300 ATK for each "Elemental Hero" card in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle.
Monster with invulnerability from atks, can be used as tank as you increase it’s atk by fueling your graveyard.
Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman 2500/2100 8 Stars
"Elemental Hero Flame Wingman" + "Elemental Hero Sparkman".
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each card in your Graveyard that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.
Can be said as highest dmg dealer to opponents atk position monsters. It’s not hard to increase its attack as well.

Above Average Defense and can be atk in defense mode not bad. Mirror Force is useless against this card.
Elemental Hero Terra Firma 2500/2000 8 Stars
"Elemental Hero Ocean" + "Elemental Hero Woodsman"
This monster can only be Special Summoned with a Fusion Summon. By Tributing an "Elemental Hero" monster that is face-up on your side of the field, this monster's ATK increases by the Tributed monster's ATK until the end of this turn.
Only use if you are planning to use Ocean and Woodsman.
Elemental Hero Mariner 1400/1000 6 Stars
"Elemental Hero Bubbleman" + "Elemental Hero Avian"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. If you have any face-down cards in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, this card can attack your opponent directly.
Above Average effect with low attack, however this card help won a shonen jump competition before I think it’s shonen someone clarify it for me. Only meant for last hit when opponent has a monster with on set cards and lp 1400 and below.

Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)
This is a fusion spell meant for E-Heroes, must have

When an "Elemental Hero" monster attacks, if its ATK is lower than the ATK of the attack target, the attacking monster gains 1000 ATK during damage calculation only.
If you really think this is useful… But it actually isn’t at all.

Same Traps but remove 2 Royal Decree for 3 Solemn Judgment instead.

And fusion list add 1 Mariner 2 Rampart Blaster, which to remove up to you

Another way would be almost the same as type one but remove Clayman for 2 Necroshade instead and use type one fusion list.
